does generated access_token app on page https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer/ remain unique or can changed facebook?

it depends, access_token changes new 1 requested. in cases, same token may returned expiry time updated. tokens unique user , app.

facebook says:

expect size of types of access tokens change on time facebook makes changes stored in them , how encoded. can expect grow , shrink on time. please use variable length data type without specific maximum size store access tokens.
