.net - Entity Framework 5 mixing Oracle & SQL Server -

i have 2 data layer dll projects. 1 hitting oracle tables , other sql server. each 1 works on own when used in separate projects.

when make project includes both dll's following error when oracle table queried:

schema specified not valid. errors: model.ssdl(2,48) : error 0172:
ssdl artifacts must target same provider. provider 'oracle.manageddataaccess.client' different 'oracle.manageddataaccess.client' encountered earlier. model.ssdl(2,81) : error 0169: ssdl artifacts must target same provider. providermanifesttoken '2008' different '11.2' encountered earlier.

the crazy thing is, in 1 project includes 2 data layers projects if comment out function has usage of sql server data layer (even though never gets called @ time) works. somehow presence of it's code causes error above. how can mix sql server , oracle entity framework?

my code started work when moved oracle db connection , query separate method.

i under impression should keep oracle connection open queries because inefficient otherwise, apparently done automatically under hood. scope of 2 connections entirely separate working.

why? no idea...
