vb.net - How To Detect User Exact City Location? -


i developing dummy laptop locator generator. know if there way detect user's precise city based on home ip?

i thought use maxmind.com api doesn't detect city right. home ip detected right vps didn't. need solution detect city 100% right , if possible street gps coordinates. possible?

it not possible determine someone's location ip address alone reasonable reliability.
