Visual studio 2013, can't create projects -


i had visual studio 2013 installed on laptop , create projects few months back, today tried create project, file -> new -> project new project window pops can't select (see screen shot below). after trying few things decided uninstall , cleaned machine ccleaner. installed new install again , still same problem. can , tell me need do.
