android - src and layout folder is empty when new application is created -


when create new android application project, src , layout folder becomes empty , had installed latest version of adt thats 23 , sdk's downloaded , installed. can tell me why happen?

it took me 2 days find solution. @ first gen folder , src folder both empty. after re-installing adt plugin , creating new project, gen folder contained needed to, src folder empty. tried updating plugin, downloading sdks again, , etc. solve did change activity blank empty, , surprisingly worked. maybe it's bug new version, don't know. worked me hope works you.
