silktest - Silk Test 15.5 Exporting Text to Excel Using Active data -


using silktest visual test , active data using gettext function/action grab text on web app unfortunately text dynamic object , changes everytime script ran.

the gettext not working because object , text value dynamic , whenever locator stored not same next document number value.

just provide additional information: trying grab unique document number, exporting excel using active data , later open document in later part of scenario.

thanks insight or guidance!

can give example of locator, remember can use wild card characters in locator string cater situations properties uses dynamic. also, have tried using different properties may more stable.
