Visual studio 2013 installation issue: not running installer -


i'm struggling on installation problem visual studio ultimate 2013: after download of web installer tried open installer started split second , went away, tried iso, same story, tried repair .net framework nothing's changed, made attempt running administrator didn't work.

do have idea?
