android - New Admob migration -


this first post in stackoverflow.. have been making use of admob in of android apps.. use googleadmobadssdk-x.x.x.jar inside /libs folder in application.. have following questions migrate new admob ui.

  1. is mandatory update apps new adunitid.. ok use adunitid of legacy admob?

  2. is necessary migrate google play services android sdk before migrating new ui?

  3. i see legacy admob no longer available aug 31st 2014. mean have update new adunitid?

  4. will earnings (after moving new admob) shown in new admob ui?

  5. as there no paypal payment, happen existing revenue?

sorry many questions.. i'm puzzled ui migration.. want make sure migration smooth.

  1. apps using legacy adunitids continue serve ads. when update apps idea update adunitid in them.
  2. no. ui , google play services version of library orthogonal propositions.
  3. no. after time no longer able update apps using non play services library.
  4. yes
  5. existing revenue (from old admob ui) paid out.
