sql - Lost database for phpMyAdmin? -


i extracted phpmyadmin folder on desktop save database, , thought keep threads , posts [mybb][1]. there way retrieve/make folder .sql file, or did lose years worth of threads , posts?

edit ok since have lost no data, how export it? have seen thread have linked, no luck. since have folders, , have switched on new server host , new site, how able access database? how reinstall phpmyadmin , mysql old data? guys help!

as long thing did remove phpmyadmin, data fine. commenters have said, of lives in database, phpmyadmin (relatively) user-friendly gui.
