Android emulator and maps -


i developing app android maps. works in real device cannot work in android emulator. created android virtual device (avd) using settings:

device: galaxy nexus google apis level 19 (kitkat) 1024 ram, internal storage 200mb, sdcard 50mb.

i have google play services installed. have installed google maps app , works (slowly, slowly, works)

but when open map app displays zoom in/out buttons (+-) , logo "google" map not displayed. reacts events long pressing on there not map roads or anything. let me paste picture: enter image description here

any suggestion? thanks

if same app working on real device, issue api image used avd device (google apis level 19 (kitkat)). suggest trying older api version (google apis image). suggestion give try x86 google apis image. here detailed article on how use google maps.
