i trying customize adfs sign in page using poweshell command using article given in following link.

but not able how open sign on page, how open ad fs sign-in pages ?

we can open adfs sign on page following way ...

https://testadfs.com/adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon.aspx (need change "testadfs.com" server name)
