vba - Error checking without coding for every procedure -

we have several large , small access databases support users across state. recently, i've been trying add error checking these datasbases since many orginally created without it. however, of these databases have lot of functions , adding error checking each 1 seems overly tedious.

i want database send me email description of error , object/function on occurred. there easier way add error checking each function?

while not answer (or, should say, not answer want), response this question holds true in case well. in either case, don't think can throw generic function code, or without editing every pre-existing function. if proper error trapping built application, never have worry it.
